Safaqati.com has two types of warranties that apply within UAE only:
At the moment, we only deliver across UAE from 8 am to 10 pm*. If you are in Dubai & would like the product to be shipped out the same day, make sure you place your order before 2 pm. Also note that a nominal charge of AED 30 applies for orders less than AED 300.
This limited warranty allows you to return the product within a year after purchase whenever a defect is detected & confirmed by our technical team. The item will be then examined & in case the defect sustains after 14 days of purchase, we will either replace it with a new one or full refund will be placed.
Free Delivery applies when your order value is greater than AED 300. Noting that some cities & areas (beyond city limits) will pay for the shipping anyway.
This warranty only covers the hardware parts of the purchased item, excluding all kinds of related accessories (e.g: charger, earphones, battery, etc…).
We also deliver across Dubai on special occasions & public holidays.
Once you place an order, a confirmation E-mail will be sent to you with the Order Number. You might want to save this number for future use (in case of cancelling an order or so). If you would like us to ship your order to a different address than the one uploaded on our website, do drop us an E-mail with the desired address.
When ordering more than one product to the same address, they might be shipped separately due to the different product providers or manufacturers. We will, however, try our best to ship out your products on the same day & you will be updated by E-mail to inform you if we can do so or not.
Once you submit your order, you are responsible for the following:
Once the order is put out to shipping, Safaqati is not responsible for any loss, damage, breakage of the item/product
When choosing to pay by cash (Cash On Delivery), ordered items are owned by you once the payment is fully received.
*The Courier Company offers delivery service within Major City limits. Any territory beyond the city limits will fall outside the delivery parameter.
The cancellation of an order should be done 24 hours after placing it or 48 hours after receiving it. Otherwise, an amount of 15% of the total purchased value needs to be paid.
If, however, the reason of cancellation was not convincing or true, we will consider it as undone and you will surely be notified either by E-mail or call.
You are exempted from the 15% charges when you cancel the order within 24 hours or when the confirmation is still pending.
As a second step, we will reply to your E-mail and issue an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number so you can track your status down and make sure that your order has been fully & successfully cancelled. The product must then be returned in a period of 10 days (starting the day you have received the RMA).
Do return any FREE stuff we have sent you, along with the product, in new condition as well.
