2. When will my order be shipped out to me?

SAFAQATI.com tries its very best to deliver your order in the fastest possible way. Once your order is in action, the shipment process takes place the same day (when order is placed before 2pm) or the very next business day.

When your order is complete, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you to make sure that the amount, the billing and the shipping address are all correct.

3. What is the return / exchange policy?

SAFAQATI.com is sorry to announce that no products are able to be exchanged once they reach your doorway. As for returning a product, click here for more details.

5. Does SAFAQATI.com share your Information?

None of the information you submit on your website are shared or published with any third party.

However, they will be shared with our authorized distributors when in need and with other parties such as Agents/Contractors, every now and then, we hire other companies to perform functions on our behalf (including confirming orders, delivering packages, facilitating installations, customer service / feedback related activities, etc).

In these cases only, they will have the right to access your personal info in order to perform their duties. However, they won’t be granted the total right to check your info about you that we have in our database.

7. Can I buy even if I live outside UAE?

Deliveries are exclusively in the UAE so far.

8. What if a defect was detected in your product?

Whenever you encounter a problem with your product within 14 days of return period, you have the total right to claim your money back or replace the item.

However, if the problem was detected after the 14 days of return period, yet before 1 year of product purchase, please contact us via e-mail clearly describing the problem and we'll reply within 24 hours & let you know what you should do & where to send it. Then you'll have to package your product carefully and ship it out to the address we have provided you.

Usually the repairs take between 2 to 8 weeks after the product is received.

In case the defect could not be identified, we may replace your product.

8. How will I know if my product is on backorder?

If an item you've ordered is on backorder, we'll send you an e-mail to let you know the estimated arrival time. You can choose to wait for the item or cancel it.

9. How long does a backorder remain active?

Backorders remain active for 14 days on most products. If after 14 days the item is still on backorder, we will automatically cancel the item.

10. Will SAFAQATI charge my credit card for the product while it's on backorder?

Safaqati does not charge your credit card until the item is shipped. If you used PayPal, your PayPal account was charged at the time you placed the order.

11. My backordered product is on sale for less than at the time I purchased it. What happens?

Backorders benefit from our Low Price Guarantee. If the price drops at the time of shipment, you will automatically pay the lower price.
